I've subscribed for two years on all platforms and I can't get it recognized. This has been going on for months! Is there any plan to ever fix this error, or did I waste my money?
I have purchased the supporter pass and it keeps popping up to say I have not purchased it yet. I am signed in with the correct account and I have the latest version, please help

My payment went through but I still have the non-supporter version... feels really bad tbh :-/
And not getting any answers on email... what is this?!

Redownloaded, have the latest version for PC. Get an error trying to load anything or create anything. Says there is no data and it wont let me download any.

It does this on mine ever since the update and the app is now unusable. Any fix??? I have a tournament coming up and I’d be nice to be able to use it!
2.01.20 broke after updating to this version.
I have the same problem. App crashes when I sign in to my google acc. Trying to pay for the full version but haven’t been able to for several days. It crashes 10/10 times. Love the app tho <3
Each time I enter my email and password to sign in as a supporter the app crashes. Restarting and redownloading does not help
I have iOS 12.1.4 and have update the app to 2.01.20.
When i try to log in with Google account the app crashes to home screen, without accepting the login

This app is fantastic but as of today, everytime I try and sign in to utilise my supporter benefits the iOS app crashes. I'm on version 2.01.20 and running iOS 12.1.4
Trying to support and neither Chrome or Firefox will log me in to Google through your site to actually pay. Im logged in on the desktop app and in to other google services but your site doesnt acknowledge.

I bought the supporters pass, however when I try to sign in with google It tries to go to a 'localhost' ((http://localhost:50532)) page in the browser and then it times out

If you're getting this error you have to log out and log on again @ google.
Then it will work again
Hi, i already support the app through my account and when i try to use the dice tool on my PC (windows 10) it tells me i need to support the app first? i am logged in on my account and have updated my account to my PC, any ideas on whats wrong?

I get the same, desktop W10 user and versions 2.01.15, just paid through Goggle
The pass expires in one month. Shall I wait? It still keeps asking my to renew it though
